Recordings may capture:
- Display names
- Voices

Where appropriate, Amin Diagnostics may first provide a warning or request an explanation. Serious breaches may result in immediate termination.
A member whose access is terminated for serious misconduct will not receive a refund, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
Termination does not prevent Amin Diagnostics from pursuing other lawful remedies.
18. Cancellations and Refunds
Membership payments are normally non-refundable after access has been activated.
Any cancellation or refund request will be handled according to the separate Refund and Cancellation Policy published on the website.
Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.
Punjab maintains a statutory consumer-protection framework through the Punjab Consumer Protection Act 2005, which was also amended in 2025.
19. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Members should contact dramin.info@gmail.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so that Amin Diagnostics has a reasonable opportunity to investigate.
Amin Diagnostics may suspend access while a payment dispute is pending.
Membership may be terminated where a member:
- Initiates a dishonest or abusive chargeback
- Falsely claims not to have received activated access
- Reverses payment after using membership content
- Provides misleading payment information
This clause does not prevent a member from using a lawful payment-dispute process where a genuine payment problem remains unresolved.
20. Educational Purpose Only
The membership is provided for education and professional development.
It does not:
- Award a medical degree
- Provide a medical licence
- Provide specialist registration
- Constitute formal university accreditation
- Replace an approved residency or training programme
- Guarantee examination success
- Guarantee employment or promotion
- Guarantee improved reporting performance
- Guarantee any particular clinical outcome
Any certificate of attendance or completion confirms participation only unless expressly stated otherwise.
21. No Patient-Specific Medical Advice
Teaching cases, model reports, discussions and answers are educational examples.
They must not be treated as:
- Patient-specific medical advice
- A substitute for clinical judgement
- A substitute for local protocols
- A substitute for supervision
- A final report for an actual patient
- A recommendation to diagnose or treat a particular person
Members remain individually responsible for their professional decisions and for compliance with applicable clinical, ethical and regulatory standards.

Amin Diagnostics cannot guarantee that every third-party service will operate without interruption or remain available indefinitely.
Members may also be required to comply with the terms and policies of third-party platforms they use.
Temporary interruption caused by maintenance, hosting failure, internet connectivity, platform outage or events outside reasonable control does not automatically entitle a member to a refund.
Where a substantial interruption is directly attributable to Amin Diagnostics, an appropriate remedy may be considered according to the circumstances and applicable law.

- Circumvent payment or access controls

- New membership features
- Legal or regulatory requirements
- Security needs
- Changes to payment or technology providers
- Operational improvements
Updated Terms will be published with a revised effective date.
Material changes may also be communicated through the website, email or member account.
Changes will not normally reduce a member’s already-paid access period without a reasonable operational or legal reason.
Continued use after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by applicable law.
29. Transfer of Operations
Amin Diagnostics may transfer the operation of the service, membership records and associated contractual rights to a successor or affiliated organisation as part of a lawful restructuring, sale or operational transfer.
Any personal-information transfer will remain subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Members may not transfer their rights or membership to another person without written permission.

The remaining provisions will continue to apply.
